What it means to you?
- 45% less heat loss than a typical home built in the year 2000.
- 22% less heat loss than other typical homes built today.
- Up to 50% less Co2 emitted than a comparable home heated by oil or gas.
- Reduced heating costs due to superior wall system and superior loft insulation.
- Uniform temperatures throughout the house throughout the year
- Low noise intrusion through outside walls
- Superior indoor air quality which is healthier to both live and work in.

Specification highlights
External walls built using superior '
Insulated Concrete Formwork' (ICF) technique giving a high performance, air tight building with high thermal mass and low heat losses.
Underfloor heating within highly insulated concrete ground floor. Underfloor heating is one of the most energy efficient ways of heating your new home. It is ideally suited for use with energy efficient heat sources such as air source heat pumps. The concrete floor, like the walls provides thermal mass and will store heat to be released when the house cools providing a more stable environment.
Heating and hot water by Air Source Heat Pump with seasonal CoP (coefficient of performance) of 3.5 - 4.5. No need to worry about the inevitable escalation of oil and gas prices. Air source heat pumps extract heat from the air and are a sustainable method of providing heating and hot water while also being the preferred method for reducing CO2 emissions.
Solar water heating will also be available by arrangement.
Energyflo Cells
Lofts insulated using innovative new '
Dynamic Insulation' developed by EBP Ltd. 'Energyflo' Cells replace traditional 'static' insulation and in conjunction with a heat recovery system offers near zero heat loss while providing fresh filtered air within the home.
